hey guys thought i would update so yeah got off work this morning at six and now i'm babysitting yes it's eight in the morning i came straight from work craziness lol but i miss my boys so i had to see them and i need the extra money why you ask.....CAUSE I'M GOING TO MISSISSIPPI TO SEE SHANA YAY....i'm so excited i miss that girl so much so yeah i leave in exactly one week yipee i sooo can't wait i got four days off of work so that will be very exciting...ummm today is pay day also very exciting....i don't really think there is anything else new going on right now...don't have a life besides work and sleep but oh well got to get a real job eventually right well it sucks lol but i love my job and i love my babies they make me happy well most of them especially my one fav he can make a horrible day turn to sunshine just by seeing him smile when i talk to him  but yeah anywhoo i'm gonna try to get a few minutes of sleep before my little man hayden wakes up then me and him will chill and play for a while and i just might let him swim lol anywhoo ttyl love ya'll and comment lol well ttyl hope you enjoyed reading about the wonderful life of ME....love ems

so i'm home from texarkana i went up there to watch the bestest person ever graduate i love you ash....she's the greatest and her softball team is kick ass i also went and watched them play in sulpher springs so anyways my brother is home from oklahoma so we are all going shopping and going to watch failure to launch fun fun and i go back to work tonight thats no fun anyways gotta finish getting ready so everyone isn't waiting on me well ttyl guys later and thanks for reading...love ya

so yeah it's seven in the morning and i just got home from work let me remind you i work all night long and get off at six....so if you cna't tell i had an awfull stressfull miserable and pissy night...and well i just need to vent so here's your warning you don't want to hear a bunch of complaining stop reading now...YOU'VE BEEN WARNED...so last night at work we had three aides for how many kids 54 yeah thats a lot of kids with not enough help we had three we should have six to five so yeah do the math...and on top of that well if you don't know what my job is i do the dirty work change diapers do baths yada yada yada..its a non minimum wage job for now....so anywhoo when we have three aides we don't have to do baths however since one girl puked EVERYWHERE we had to bathe her....two other kids with tracs had to get baths because of there trac or something along those lines all i know is they had to get a bath....so they got bathed and the shift before us decided to the leave the bathroom a MESS and who gets to clean it up...ME....so i go to clean it up and get told to stop there are more imporatant things to do so ok i go do soemthing else....and what do i do forget about the bathroom god forbid i forget SOMEONE ELSES JOB AND THEIR MESS...so i start taking care of  the kids and what do me and the other two aides come to find out....the kids were given a shit load of medacind to make ALL of them shit everywhere yes knowing that we are short and the kids did not NEED that medacine tonight....so yeah got to change more beds than what we normally would even have to change even if all the kids did get their baths and cleaned more shit than i have seen in my entire life yeah there was that much shit all over the place....so took umm an hour and a half to do first round..so ok....start doing books and septos and everything else...do more rounds.....last round....from five to six thirty....at six when the new aides got there what happens we get bitched out for 2-10 mess....in the bathroom...when we didn't even give baths....so we are told we need to get it cleaned up when we haven't even finished taking care of the kids and it's time to go home...now after working all night when it's time to go home it's time to go home...so anywhoo got griped out and told we need to get the bathroom cleaned so we finish changing the kids putting out septos and i go to clean the bathroom...and what happens...i get a smart ass remark from the nurse because a morning aide cleaned it already....ok griped at for it not being cleaned now you're gonna gripe at me because it's clean WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT FROM ME???  so now state law we are not supposed to have less than four and we can refuse to work with three so the three aides that worked last night are going to talk to our boss this morning and if they don't get more aides then they can be expecting state AGAIN....dosen't that look good on the records....so yeah my night was awful and i'm fed up with it....we have two wings west and east....one of our aides called in because she didn't want to work east wing and you know what she wasn't even supposed to work east wing so she called in for no reason....if truman wants good employees how about you hire some help....anyways like i said we are going to our boss tomorrow so something can be done about it because just venting on xanga isn't going to get anything fixed this i know it just helps venting so i can get it all off my chest and go to sleep but we are all going to someone who can fix the problem today....well i feel much better now....i love my job i really do it's just well you just have to know you cna't explain it and no one understands how much CNA's have to do it might not be the greatest and most paying but like i said it's a job for now until i get done with school and get a real education but anyways no one realized how much CNA's do....we have to lift change clean reposition do books do septos help the phlebotomist help the nurses and it's very very very hard when you don't have enough help this is not a job you can do by yourself and get done on your own it requires help...and you know what thats ok as long as you have the help well anyways now that i've vented i'm getting off of here and gonna try  to get some sleep only perk about today is that it's PAYDAY so i have to go get my check at two and thats when we are talking to our boss so  yeah once again i'm getting off here and i'll talk to ya guys later much love...and hope your night went better than mine i'll ttyl I LOVE YOU

hey guys so yeah i definately don't post on this anymore but i guess i'll try to start back since some of my buddies are into xanga and not facebook and myspace but anyways so life for me has been pretty good i'm working full time now and being part of the real world which sucks lol i have to pay my mother rent which sucks...oh well but yeah i'm working at truman smith which is a home for the mentally retarded children and i love it i love my kids at work they are great and bring a whole new meaning of life to me what those kids and their families go through is so much more than what i could handle but i love my kids very much they are my life now...as for friends i have none lol my best friend just recently moved to mississippi and i'm supposed to go visit at the end of june i have to wait for schedules to come out to make sure i got off....umm but really i don't talk to anyone anymore i'm working ten at night to six in the morning so i have such a different schedule than everyone else i sleep all day long and stay up all night long therefore my schedule is complete opposite from everyone...which that is a downfall but oh well i like working nights we have fun and act goofy...as for my love life there isn't one...the ONE person i love with my whole heart dosen't love me back...which hurts TREMENDOUSLY but thats life and love sucks so anywhoo...yeah i know my life is kinda sounding depressing but it really isn't i'm happy i'm always happy it's just been really stressfull lately i'm trying to figure out what i want to do with my life and that is HARD do i want this road that road this way that way I DON'T HAVE A CLUE  i always knew i wanted to be a teacher and a cheerleading coach and now i don't know what i want i just know i want to be in the medical field....and it's STRESSFUL i never knew figuring out life could be so hard but it is so for you new graduates GOOD LUCK because you will get confused you will hit speedbumps you will make wrong turns you will run into stop signs there will be red lights there will be yellow lights there will be green lights it's not a smooth ride far from it no matter how much you try your mind will change you will jump back and forth and you will get a slap in the face so beware live life as you know to live it but if everything dosen't go how you have it planned dont be surprised because more than likely it's not gonna go how you have planned.....anywhoo so yeah figuring out what i want with in and for life is making my head turn circles theres the choices between lvn, radiology, physical therapy, speech therapist, respiratory, rn, medical assistant, surgical tech, I DON'T KNOW I DON'T KNOW I DON'T KNOW and you know what thats ok its just driving me crazy lol but anyways thats my life right now to the grads congrats i love you all and live life to the fullest have fun and be safe  much love and if you read this leave a comment because if i don't think anyone is reading i'm gonna quit posting again lol love you all GOD BLESS
